KBundy, I have recently been buying to reduce my average cost. There must be many PIs that are in the same situation as you and showing a hefty PAPER loss. I don't know if this current sp is the bottom but no one rings a bell! Listen again to DB's interview, I trust the man. The current apparent cash income situation wrt Wressel is IMO too good to overlook. The only question is 'How long will this income last?' Anyone out there got a good technical answer to the latter question? DYOR.

All figures approximate:
One month ago the sp was 16.75.
Yesterday it was 12.50. A 25% fall.
In the last twenty trading days the TOTAL trading volume of UJO shares was 13.3m.
That makes the average number of shares traded per day 665,000.
That is equivalent to 0.59% of the total shares issued being traded every day.
The average value traded each day was £96,000.
On the most active day 1,957,000 shares were traded (i.e 2.95 times the average).
IMO these volumes are very low and demonstrate that there are a FEW more sellers that buyers so the sp has drifted downwards with no one prepared to dip their toe into the market until we reach the bottom - per day no one ring a bell!
This during a period of bad news relating to planning applications.
I would value comments from posters with more experience of trading volumes than I have?

I have belatedly watched DB on the Proactive Investors' interview. He comes across to me as honest and a man of integrity. I recommend it to those who have not viewed it. He has been criticised by many for not taking action over the placing 'leaks'. I am sure that he has done his best, what to do? There is no advantage to him if there is a leak. This is AIM! He has been pilloried becauce he is older that most of us. My answer is 'older but wiser'.
I am sure that he was one of the 'wiser' voices that advised Rathlin to revise their Pl. Appl. re WN (Change not Challenge). A good move IMO - UJO have 16.66%. So the sp has crashed - more sellers than buyers? Are we at the bottom? I like many have paper losses, however I have today increased my considerable holding by over 50% (incidentally they are shewn as sells). I don't think this post will make me popular, not that that worries me. I speak as I find and I hope, of course, that my judgement is proved sound (price now 11.75). I won't read many of the abusive replies, the authors are more than likely on my 'filtered list'!

Robert Sage, analyst at Peel Hunt has raised the target price on ICP. Increased from £23.27 to £25.14. No surprise; the interims exceeded expectations!

With their Planning Application refused Rathlin have two choices, Challenge or Change.
Rathlin have behaved sensibly; their will modify their PA and IMO will suceed. The Planning Officers are already onside. Done deal?

Hi storm - The half year figures were better than I expected and if you project these figures to the full year, prelims due in late May 2022 one can envisage 'Third party fee income' for the full year as say £420m+. That would result in a 25% dividend increase next year.
Obviously some early profit taking yesterday but with interims like this and the full year potential I will not be joining the profit takers. Price may relax slightly but not a share to be out of.

Significant 75p (2.85%) increase today. Discount to recent (Oct 1st 2731p) NAV now only 0.77%.
Does this prophesy November substantial increase in NAV or a narrowing of the discount?

This BB is gradually sinking into the gutter, worse the sewer. Furthermore we read posts that are nothing better than slanging matches. If you want to attack someone exchange email addresses and carry on your fight in private. I am no prude but I click on a BB to hear others views, to learn and to gather information. Filthy language (even with asterisks) does not impress me, we have all been through that juvenile phase. If you hold shares in an AIM O&G surely you want the price to rise? Why hold shares if you want the price to go down? Regretfully many of you are filtered.
