Seamus - Maybe worth ringing ii and finding out what that email is all about, as i say the company is not aware of it being de-listed and you are the only one (i'm aware of) who has received the email ?

Pretty sure a de-list would require an RNS......

Indeed - entry is more important than fundamentals.

The company last night, also told them & got in contact with someone I know in the city to try and find out what the crack is & our legal rights.. This isn't Aim and it was once a very big company can't just brush us off.

The way they are going about this currently seems very dodge to me...

If they claim there is no proceeds left, how do they know when they haven't had the meeting with creditors or sold the asset... if they haven't sold the asset what are their intentions with shareholders and how will they keep shareholders informed / distribute?

You never know although i agree given the SP market certainly doesn't think so.

MRC whatever value the asset referred to gets sold for it will add to the underlying shareprice... I am just trying to establish the likelyhood of the deal going through.

I was reading the info from SOLO's last results...

The £10/15m you mention has that been mentioned by the company at any point ? I see they say they are not happy to let it go cheap, but nearly 3 months since the "Solo expects to complete the Sale in the near future" comment one has to wonder if it is still going ahead... either that or it lands any day ?
