Guident bought shock absorbtin tech and they have signed 2 !! NDA's with listed car manufacturers... they are currently making some for testing.

Belluscura receives FDA clearance in the next 1 month.

~Next year could be an incredible year there.

If it runs over slightly it isn't going to suddenly drop as it could land any day and the value is underpinned by Micro salt and Guident.

Really better to be in a company that releases news few and far between but it’s substantial when they do than a company that releases news ever few weeks.

The latter imo reeks of desperation.

Well they’re not overly forthcoming with news are they but that doesn’t mean it isn’t going on behind the scenes & when it lands I’m sure it will have been worth waiting for

This company is worth more now than it was last week for very valid reasons.

It will also be worth more by 2021 for very valid reasons.

You cannot expect material developments to take place, irrespective of profit & them not to get priced in to the market cap.

It’s pretty silly to suggest otherwise, if you have a product that hasn’t yet received medical clearance it is worth less than when it has.

Similarly.

If you have a company that holds little more than patents and then it decides to bring some new technology to market working with 2 listed car companies who may put this tech Oli to every car they build in the future... irrespective of any profit you cannot expect the share to start pricing it in.

It would be foolish to think a company would be valued at the same level with material developments going on & really has very little to do with profit.

Tradinglad shares are valued and find value on far more than “sales figures”

Wattsapp for example sold for $13b and never made a penny.

If you have tech, innovation etc it gets valued in & doesn’t always requisite anything to be sold.

Your view of the market is far to simplistic & this could be 50p without having made a penny of profit if the market decides the technology is worth more.

If TEK start producing shock absorbers for a major listed car brand (or 2) that would see this re rate...

All 3 pieces of news will add serious value to TEK's mcap

From 14p there is nothing i can see to make it fall back and I am slightly gutted as I would have liked to have bought more but can't be to annoyed with a rising share price lol.

As far as the listing goes... imo it will be as much about gaining publicity as raising funds for full blown production.

I highly doubt Clifford will flick Belluscura on at the first opportunity.. When i spoke to him about 18 months ago he was envisaging the other big boys in the market to buy it outright for $500m+

Cannot see him sticking with it for years only to sell it for a fraction of what it could be worth... there has been little development in the market for a long time and really these will be highly saught after imo.

For me it was back then the most compelling investment in the portfolio however the wild cards seem to be doing really well aswel.

Has to be said, despite Clifford getting paid a huge Waco, he has done a pretty outstanding job.

Let’s say for arguments sakes.

The 2 car companies are Audi & Tesla.

The snack food company is Pringles

& Tek has managed to retain 17% of belluscura which will be valued at many multiples of its current valuation quite likely being bought out by a yank company for £500m+

And this has a mear £13m mcap

£50m mcap within 3 months ??
