Client / partner - both of which are generating revenues, one perhaps more instant than the other ?

If said client is using product & integrating it into their software then I see little difference overall, either as they will be reselling your product through their own or looking to resell for you.

Imo a client is probably better than a partner in this instance, they will be paying for service rather than reselling etc.

My woprry is the largely discounted (to the NEX listing and current SP) options and warrants the BOD have awarded themselves...

Often to raise funds (which the company would be doing by relisting on AIM or alike they would have to do so at a discount.. what is someone whilling to pay for the shares on relist ? & at what price will that be done at ?

That's my concern... even if they raised at 0.8 / 1p the directors would still be sitting healthily in profit on their options and warrents… Also I note that some of the warrents at 0.8 will be taken up soon as they vest after 30 days of the SP over 1p

Mark they're only worth what someone has negotiated to sell them for ?

Firesales to pay creditors & sadly once de listed the odds of us seeing a return on our listed shares are slim to none ?

I don't know of one other example where a company has been liquidated, taken off market and shareholders have been paid out... perhaps you can point me in the direction?

Clemoc I agree that a last flush out to make new lows while buy volumes remain low seems fairly likely, especially as many (inc the market) may view this next update as a bit of a gamble on things being vastly improved in what will have been one of most challenging summers on record.

Re shorters I agree... they certainly aren't going to be worrying its come down from £25... however they will need to close at some point Which is around 25m shares at current volumes will take them a fair while.

Well tbh much of it is a technical, having been oversold down to these levels from £25 per share over only a 2 year period... The weekly MA is around £3 as a starting point. If it were the other way around you would be expecting a pullback, no ??

antelope Personally I think the best thing the company could do is come out with a statement saying they aren't going to dilute shareholders anymore & hope to fund all future growth organically.

I think that's where much of the distrust and reduce share price is at the moment... mr market wonders how long they will keep investing before it actually see's a return on any investments.

Scooby - Large portion of the sale was already accounted for on the mcap, market knows best. might go up 10p (less/more) from here but overall if it was that cheap it wouldn't be (that cheap) especially when cash is involved. gl
