Yes, these are historical levels but they are none the less still on the chart and at the very least I certainly would never expect it to fall through these points... I'm not charting from these points... read a chart right to left (as I am sure you do) the £1.55 / £1.70 area I refer to would mean a 3rd test on the 2 previous spikes down which as can be seen have been heavily bought into each and every time. (on the monthly)

October closed down to make fresh lows and bang on the Weekly supply line (formed at the beginning of august), (IF) we open below that line I would expect a fairly large lower shadow on the month and it being bought into heavily. Using Tom Demarks's magnetic line trading it gives us a 55 point target which as I've often found is no coincidence.

That's how I see it but as you know its ever evolving and it all depends on all the factors coming up... election & 3 monitory policy updates / meetings this week and mm's playing the lockdown....

£1.6 tested and end the November month GREEN, with a news update seems fairly likely if we take all into consideration.

That's how I see it we will soon find out.

& if you zoom out on your monthly chart and draw a line of the horizontal supports for the previous 2 years they line up to the £1.58 (ish) target.

The weekly closed over the weekly demand line last week (just) … If this weeks candle opens below the demand line (@ £2.11) then taking the highest point minus the lowest point from within the trend … This gives us a 55 point target lower which is around £1.65 / £1.70

We have Brexit lockdowns which no doubt the mm's will play, shorters pushing it lower so they can close out and the potential for a mass market, short term sell off should Biden win the election.

Lets see & good luck to everyone in what should be a very wild week across the board.

It’s not completely untested at all.

It’s traded as low as £1.30 & their is confluence around the £1.70 mark.

Also. People wait to buy & want to get it as close to the bottom as possible as many will do so on a SB or CFD giving less room for error.

I fail to understand why anyone would buy all the way down, most if not all were probably calling the bottom at £5/£6/£3 based on similar reasoning to your post “uncharted” ? It charts down to £1.36 & confluence is what you are after, kicks in sub £2.

Why would anyone want to part with these at 1.7p or 3p or even 5p with all they have lined up, majors next door, the state of the economy and potential for gold to fly for many many years to come.
