I really feel I need to say this....POQ you are like a used car...that is collecting dust....no one wants to look at you or listen to you....a complete bust....maybe you can talk to your kids and wife...but as a CEO....your a real lunch back let down...and Craven must feel sick about hiring someone of your caliber...just a huge mistake! But people do make them...

Yes I have talked to POODS. A very decent guy. You can laugh all you want. I don't see an issue with talking to another shareholder. What's the big deal with that? You seem to take an issue with communication.

I think that we are reaching a point of where the TSX Venture should get involved. As for you JF Healey you never cease to amaze me at how stupid you are. All shareholders have a right to their opinion. This situation has not been well managed by POQ. He has been inconsistent at best. He comes out with these big shot interviews with the London Times and then cannot back it up with results. He knows what he is doing. I think by the time it's all said and done he won't be able to get a table at McDonald's.

POQ has been a big disappointment. He has had enough time to create shareholder value and has been well paid. Those two facts are not in question. Yet he feels that he can continue down this path of shareholder destruction. I have to say that the stock options that he has given himself are a complete disgrace. I have said before that I have no problem with people being well paid for work well done but it does not appear to be here in this situation. This guy must have a tough time looking in the mirror but maybe not. Craven should be ashamed at his choice. He was a good CEO and created a great deal of value. If any of you remember when POQ raised funds back in 2013 the stock had a run to 30 cents and then right after issuing shares largely to the previous investors of Craven it plummeted. Not unlike what has happened to Sheffield. A pattern of behavior. AGAIN POQ you are obvious!!!

Does anyone out there feel that this guy has been hard dealt with? I think Craven hired him with good intentions. BUT POQ has not made anyone any money yet he wants to be respected. They had a good strategic plan that seems to have gone off the rails. Prove it up and bail out! That was the message. Now it's changed somewhat. Do we get information like we used to about values in relation to development. Nope. Shame on you POQ! You are an obvious person. What a shame. I hope you can enjoy all of your all options which you did not earn.

While I agree with this.It's my understanding that Origin has the approval for 4 wells this year. Why have we not been updated on this new development. This should be big news? Can anyone explain this.

Good for a laugh? Maybe it's time for the Falcon shareholders to be treated properly. You obviously don't care. People have put their capital up for a reward. Why should we expect less?

This has been a troubling situation for sure. The value is there. POQ and Anne are enriching themselves at our cost in my humble opinion. I have no problems with people making good money for delivering. Falcon has been held back. Why ? I don't know. But the board of directors should be held accountable. POQ is counting on us not acting. Bad mistake as I think investors are fed up with him. It's time for us to unite and take this guy on! He has had enough time to create shareholder value and he has not. I think a good lawsuit will bring change.

POODS ..This is disgusting! It shows little regard for the minority shareholders. I think POQ and Anne are treading on thin ice here. This needs to get reported. POQ is hurting himself here. If he feels he can disregard reasonable requests then he is asking for trouble. I have suggested that we should unite somehow and have our concerns properly dealt with. This type of treatment should not be allowed to go on.

What POQ needs is the threat or the realizations of a lawsuit. That changes everything and one that will get this precks attention! He has pushed the envelope and now it is time for us to take action. I am open to ideas...but he and Anne has been too ****y and they are hoping for us to do nothing. Maybe now we need to come together and take these precks out for good..along with Mr. Lada ( Viktor)

Longknife. There have been many screw ups! 1) in 2016 Origin were supposed to drill 2 horizontals. They drilled !. Someone ****ed it up. POQ should have held their feet to the fire. He did not in my estimation. They knew the moratorium was coming and sat on their hands. Pure incompetence. Next they spend a crap load on the Kyalla and screw that up. It may still maybe can be fixed but again they did not get it right. Then POQ does a FARM DOWN which leaves us in a less than favorable position. Then he starts a period of INVESTOR MEETS presentations where he says " no we won't be raising money in 2022" and six weeks later brings in Sheffield for $10 million USD. He ( POQ) is not CEO material in my humble opinion. It is time for Falcon to get monetized and POQ and Anne to fade off into the wild blue yonder. He has and is a big disappointment.

So I was going over some older articles on Falcon and I was amused to read an Article in the London Times written over 3 years ago. The title was the Ferrari of Shale. POQ talks about how this is such an UBER project that he as trouble getting his head around it. I have news for POQ...Ferrari's are fast vehicles...and this project has been anything but....maybe a more appropriate term would be the LADA of shale...for numerous reasons

I think all on this board have understandable concerns. I definitely feel Sheffields interest is a good thing. My hope is that Layman can properly influence Origin with all of his experience. On another note it's been a long time since Origin announced that they were in discussions for a farm down...and the world has changed....could we see a new deal soon...I suspect so...the country wants this thing developed fast...so here is hoping...

Really. I know that they have given them to write and drive etc... but after 7 millions options isn't this a bit much much....I would love to find a job like this where not much to do but some BS reporting that takes a maybe a week or two for her kind a dough....no where!!!!

While all the news is thrilling with Tom Layman be appointed which is great, a question comes up about Anne? Could it be that POQ is worried about losing control of the board??? I just wonder? Maybe while Sheffield's money is a good thing for us all, if this appointment of Anne isn't a sign of weakness...could be wrong...but?
