I definitely think you are on to something here VillaMaria. The 7.5% farm down did not make a whole lot of sense and Falcon did not need the money as they were fully carried at that point. I think it is part of a pre packaged deal with Origin for a third party to enter the picture. I would assume a major player like Inpex etc. and quite possibly Falcon retains a sizable ownership stake to allow for major shareholder value to be realized. How far away is a deal...not that far in my opinion and the next few months should tell the tale. Regardless I like your intuition!

I have recently been in communication with someone who is connected to a senior oil & gas executive regarding the issue with the salinity in the Kyalla. While the current issue is by no means out of the norm...the reaction to it and the delay in taking action is. It seems that normally the lift would have been completed normally a few days after the flow back started...so again...why do you suppose that Origin is sitting around with their thumbs up where the sun doesn't shine….does anyone really believe that they are that incompetent

Oleo...you ask the million dollar question? In my opinion it's all about making sure that some get their stock options awarded on the 10th at low prices...pure slime...and it just shows a complete lack of regard for us long suffering shareholders who deserve better. NOTHING BUT GREED HERE

I am not sure that this would need to be reported in a RNS.....but the circular that we received does not indicate that they exercised....so what the frac...we need more clarity here and enough of the BS!!

POQ should take a hard look at the Empire release as this is how a public company should keep it's shareholders informed. The last news out of POQ was March......the greenies aren't running Falcon ...time for PQ to get with the program

This latest agreement comes as we are awaiting fracking and flow rate results on the Kyalla which could be a huge game changer and we still have carry left over or should and a bank account that is generous given our overheads so isn’t POQ putting the cart before the horse here. So what has caused him to be out of character? Something....

In the past POQ would have a chart displaying the valuations per acre based on the development of the property. Ever since the Amungee he has purposely dropped this very important piece of information. It’s very clear to me and others that he cares little about the small shareholders and only focusing on the major shareholders such at Viktor

POQ has really only one way to produce any shareholder value as his operational activities have failed to turn into higher share prices and that is to sell. Why do you give up 7.5 percent when you are not under any financial pressure as he has boasted about constantly? Cause its all part of a package deal. POQ is just waiting for approval from the tsx and lse to announce a deal so that he and little bo peep (Anne) can ride off into the sun. Again it’s Inpex

sale of Falcon to Inpex...May 4th for one hell of a whole lot more than we are trading at as POQ had called this the holy grail of shale...

In review of the above noted news release POQ states very clearly the reason for the new funding and states that the capex for stage 2 & 3 is about 130 million usd for which Falcon is covered completely for 80 million usd. Their exposure for costs not covered in stage 2 & 3 is 15 million usd. We aren’t through half of stage 2 and POQ indicates they need more cover and doesn’t explain this to shareholders is nonsensical and more importantly is out of character for him. So why? What is he hiding from shareholders.
