A short history lesson fellow posters. When POQ took over in 2012 the stock as around 17 cents. He has made a new JV deal with Origin, drilled a successful well, the Amungee. Overcome a Moratorium, and now that we are onto what looks like another successful drill we are at 20 cents? Philip get real! No one is this naive! You need to get your act together and deliver some actual shareholder value. These folks on this board have risked their capital and are being disenfranchised for the benefit of pure scum like Bruner and maybe our old buddy in Moscow. Enough of the the bullseye games. Time for a petition to deal with this crap. Camelot

Good morning The Knight! Definitely on the same page with you here.as far as share price suppression. Let’s face it with the moratorium in place we were much higher and this makes no sense. I think one has to look at the past and Bruner comes to mind. The whole Sweatpea thing smells and needs to be looked at. The receiver if they wanted to could look to sell the block in a private transaction and be done and over with it yet they don’t? Kind of odd for a receiver as their job is to try and satisfy creditors. Doesn’t make sense. Can you say bs

If folks are seriously upset at this dismal share price then please respond to my post and we can look to form the petition which can be delivered to IIROC by an MP for strong reinforcing

It may be time for us long time shareholders to petition IIROC to investigate the possible manipulation of the share price. This is likely a “poop and scoop” operation whereby the share price is surpressed for the benefit of others to accumulate at low prices with the knowledge that it’s going much higher. Sure think that the stock should be well above the 52 pence target of Davy

Poods no shareholder can be denied access to the AGM. Even if you only had 1 share. Philip needs some share price success here on drilling. If not he will face a revolt and guys like Bruner and Victor will not be able to stop an investigation. Give Philip a couple of days. My understanding is 5 news releases in close succession

Very good posts and I agree completely. POQ is not acting in a manner which supports his communications. Things do change such as costs etc...but agreed to say one thing and do the opposite does not provide comfort to the minority shareholder...and we do have rights. POQ should be held accountable for his statements and his actions

I could not agree more and this outfit Cenkos is about as lively as a Sunday night at the pub at Daily Waters in the middle of rainy season. Completely useless so far. Maybe Philip should start doing road shows at retirement residences where there is atleast some form of life. For goodness sake the stock was higher 2 years ago with the moratorium on. Again complete bs. Philip needs to get the story moving for his own credibility which is sinking by the hour

So Davy has out a price targeted of 52 pence? Based on only a small piece of the acreage....what a waste of good paper...these guys can be complete morons....and I suspect he is being told what to say by his boss....as Gordon Gekko quips the analysts don’t know the difference between livestock and preffered stock....and our boy has just come in from the field

Could it be that Origin and Falcon are close to announcing more partners on the Beetslooo than we realize and this is why Cenkos was hired to act as an intermediary? Seems to make sense to me as these folks have been so silent which makes me believe that they were not hired for introduction purposes but rather for another reason

I have to believe that we will see a great deal of enthusiasm building as we approach the turning of the drill bit One would hope that Davy Cenkos and RBC would not waste this opportunity to put out some exciting new updates and who knows maybe Keith Schaefer as well will get into the act and then we can watch our little falcon spread it’s wings and fly to new heights

WetWater...I have great respect for you and your posts. However the idea that Philip does not want to drum up interest in the stock does not make much sense to me for a number of reasons. 1) Why hire a new investment banker, Cenkos? Certainly they have a function if not for institutional interest than maybe as an intermediary for a possible bid/takeout?
2) As well if he does want the company bought I cannot see him wanting 5 bucks or more if the darn thing is trading at under 40 pence....3) that remaining royalty interest which can be bought out making the project more attractive and profitable would suggest to me that he wants to do an new issuance at some point despite assuring everyone ( with the exception of the POODSTER that he has enough cash which I agree with Poods ...he cutting it pretty thin....and probably does have to raise some capital..after all the guy is an accountant...as well he will not want to make it appear that Falcon is vulnerable even with Vik being in the background...I would suggest that at some point POQ will start to do the dog and pony shows again

POQ needs to judged on accomplishments and the share price and at this point he is not scoring high. The lifting of the moratorium should have yielded a huge increase in the share price and he should have promoted this and did not reallly put any effort in.....why? He needs to come clean on this

No question this could be a serious game changer if what they suspect is there like another 60 tcf of recoverable. Which would make the formation quite profitable indeed. A question though is why Philip is not doing more to promote this? In my opinion he is letting the base down right now

Please don’t give up your day job. Despite what you think this forum is to share thoughts and ideas. It’s very naive not to think Cenkos should come out with research as Falcon is a new client. And I do think that is not jibberish. BTW where did you get edjumicated?
