the land is owned by a buisness whom let artisnal miners collect the goldfor a 50/50split..we are going to have to offer the land owner more than a cpo...as for the miners we will be better off creating jobs for them..we could relocate them to another part of our land certainly not metiza. america ,cacaoa.till we are ready to employ them as miners.the landowner could be offered similar land package somewhere else ,not necessarily condor land or cash and shares.i remember we did a similar deal with hemco .. theres still plenty options

mark could do a finance raise soon for extra drilling ... warren thinks theres a million ounces in the cacoa veins... i think he will be hoping for a 60p plus raise..if land purchased thats the route i would take...then go for main financeraise 4th quarter..hopefully higher than 60p

land purchase has to be really close..jim left it as late as possible to excersise them warrants..i think that money will be used for final purchase of land....
