I say it how I see it which I hope is still my right to do, ie free speech? If the directors come out with great news I'll naturally reflect that in my posts and wish the company well. However, if a bank takes away an overdraft whether an individual or business it's never a good sign so important to see what the bank does here !

It's kinda coming into the last train station now, bank could shut down the overdraft, last of the funds draining into cd4 and directors pockets, and unable to do more placings, no wonder there is no comms out of the clown show. Will know by Thursday.

I suspect the bank might pass as the overdraft was put in place when odx was not in such a mess, and the late reporting of this news by odx is because they're currently running round all the lenders looking for someone else to give them the overdraft. If you step back and look at the last two years would you give this clown show access to 1.5 million ? Soon see as believe they can't hide it longer than Thursday.

Bank overdraft runs out Thursday and whether extended or cancelled is price sensitive so must be announced. I'd imagine the bank wants firm proof of sale of the 70k plus a week loss making cd4, even then I'd imagine extension will depend on sale price. If I was the bank I'd also insist on slashing the obscene director wages and look closely at expenses and whether the clown show have a credible plan moving forward. Can therefore read alot into whether the bank extends this overdraft !

Is if those supposedly in charge start working for the company rather than simply to line their greedy pockets. Paid more than boris but awarded themselves an incentive scheme to do a graft, says it all you need to know about them.

Yes the unfortunate thing is odx had a strong hand 18 months ago and have blown it worse than any share I can recall. I don't call them clowns for effect, I genuinely feel they deserve that tag. A director badge comes with expectation of professionalism, honesty, and seasoned track records. This lot in my view do not meet that criteria having made such a mess of things over the last two years. The stench of defeat oozes from odx, and I suspect it's only the disgraceful six figure lifestyle salaries that ensure it'll limp along as long as there's water in the well for them to drink. They have until Thursday to release news on the overdraft. A real test of where they are I suspect as the bank will want facts not clown fantasy!

And did jag roll out of his student style slumber to reply that all will be well and buy more shares. If there was good news anywhere in this dogs pipeline there would be plenty buying at this price. Only way this lot would respond is if you told them of a way to squeeze more money into their greedy pockets. They have to Thursday to release news on the bank overdraft one way or another and if they dont they're withholding info as would i see that as significant proce sensitive news. Its possibly best not knowing what the clowns are doing, as it usually involves failure whilst shovelling as much cash into their piggy pockets as possible, however I base that on the last two years of disgraceful carry-on. Perhaps it's all about to change.

Haha this self serving clown show answering shareholders questions, a hilarious prospect. Jag has hidden and showed himself twice whilst being chaperone since taking the CEO role. Perhaps the incentive package on top of the excessive wages isn't enough to get them into work answering questions, who knows with this mob, to me they just seem to make it up day to day.

Not if it's something that paints them in a bad light, ie wages, expenses ect. Minor stuff they will respond.

Less than four days to announce if the bank thinks this is a basket case or has continued the overdraft. If no cd4 news this week or bank overdraft it's pretty clear the clown show have failed to mature and learn in their roles and it's business as usual, ie excessive wages, cd4 costing £10k a day, and the sidekick director guy pushing his firesale. 30 years of odx to get to this point, shameful bunch !

Ah pink, so for example when there was outcry about mp's spending thousands on duck houses off expenses that was childish ? Odx lost over 10 million and nobody outside the directors seems to know where it went. I call that serious and the directors could answer what their individual expenses were over the last two years. They will not give out this info..why not ?

Try asking them about their individual expenses claims over the last two years. One simple question and see if you get a response. I will predict silence.
