Oh i agree totally, the clown show is a lifestyle company for enriching the few which has been clearly established with the option sales and incentive scheme they awarded themselves. I personally wouldn't waste any more as it's clear to me they are not tustworthy in any sense of the word. This is just another example to me that they are not fit and proper people to be where they are. I see the bank overdraft news being g hidden as a deliberate suppression of potential negative news and a breach of clear rules.

Yes I can see that captain but to go to the bank for an extension of the 2 million overdraft odx would have to open the books and show this is not about to fold through the cash drain especially the £75k loss weekly for cd4, the £800 per day or so each director awards themselves in wages and other expenses / cash drain we are not told about, in other words the bank would need guarantees such as a contract for sale of cd4 before they would trust this lot with 2 million of their cash. Especially on the back of odx squandering millions during the last 2 years or so. In effective if the bank withdraws the overdraft then much more savvy people than odx have are saying it's broken and too risky to go near and the SP falls. My view any removal of the overdraft would significantly drop the price hence it's a breach of article 11. If odx dont update on this what else are they hiding ?

Seems clear to me odx are in total breach of this rule. I intend to contact aim today to discuss as seems clarification is needed here.

Rule 11 Aim -An Aim company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a significant movement of its aim securities.

Wonder why they choose fridays to post their dross news, last one on a Friday was their well earned incentive scheme. History of Friday news though. In my view they are now withholding price sensitive information, perhaps if news lands at 7am they can say its within the rules but that would just seem to me to be bad grace and typical clown show behaviour.

What a disgrace fred that odx will not update the market on this price sensitive update. They appear to have learned nothing from the last 18 months of disasterous management.

Note also 3p breached. This is totally an own goal by odx and their dreadful comms which the chairman assured would improve. It's a simple update for odx to give !!!

Barely hanging onto 3p now all because the directors will not confirm if the bank has pulled the overdraft facility which is due to expire today. Talks have been ongoing for many weeks but no release of news..why ?

Still no news then, honesty and comms should be the soul of this company, so why try to hide news of the bank overdraft facility. This shouldn't be an issue but has now become one. Who is going to invest in strangers who lack communications and fail to release price sensitive information ?

Kate I'm not trying to get folk to sell, I'm trying to get the company to be honest with shareholders. Many pi's bought un here and lost a fortune through false information released by the company / colin and I personally think this crop of directors are still at it as they line their pockets with huge wages. The overdraft is about company honesty and so far they're letting everyone down by not clarifying...it does apparently run out today after all.

Price is now crashing as suspicion persists the bank have removed the overdraft facility. If there was ever proof needed that this is price sensitive and should be released t the market then the selling right now proves it. Not good enough odx simply to ignore

Can anyone trust odx with their cash of they can't be honest about the banks overdraft facility. In my view no news and it's been withdrawn and suspect finance guy will be desperately cold calling anyone who will listen to see if they can provide a new one. It's looking pretty bad at odx on both the business and honesty fronts.....again.

Agree pink, it'll be static for a good while until stability returns. It would however help if the directors released news on time, it was one of Simon's stated aims at the presentation. Anyhow disappointed they can't just be open about the banks overdraft which they brought up as being in negotiations.

Well union he must know the consequences of surpressing price sensitive information which if there's news on the overdraft facility must be released to the market. If it has indeed been taken away that will negatively affect the price and put the company firmly on the rocks. It's not a small point and this company with its track record over the last 18 months should be fully aware of that ! Investors looking to come in here should have the full facts not just ones that suit odx to give out !!!

C'mon Freddie, if they had been given an extension to the overdraft do you not think they would tell us, of course they would as it's a strong vote in themselves and the company. I'm clear in my view that this silence is an indication the bank have cancelled the overdraft which clearly indicates either cd4 cannot be sold or the loss making cannot be turned around. I said previously this was a test of where odx are and it looks to me like bad news. Now if odx try to suppress this price sensitive news they should be removed from aim as rules are quite clear.

My view, the clown show have lost their overdraft facility and now think just hiding like they've been doing for months will make it go away. Its price sensitive news and must be released under the rules. If odx withhold this they should be expelled from aim.
