Yes Colin's ability to ensure the govt contract was understood was a serious shocker. Could have locked the govt in but allowed them to wriggle off the hook. News overdue as last time it was mentioned they were pushing the govt for information which the govt was ignoring and that was a while ago now.

How so qaz? Odx have a highly profitable core business which posted huge growth to 31st March 2022. They've offloaded alva and a significant price is about to be announced for cd4, so have you any justification for your statement or was it just for effect. Looks a great recovery play here all for this low price.

It's also the case that the 2.5 million dispute between the govt and odx is small fish to the govt and I'm sure their lawyers have much more pressing issues for their time so all efforts will be made to resolve long before it gets near a court. It's a great unknown without seeing the info the odx lawyers possess, but either way news on that front cant be far off, after all odx have been pushing them for answers for months now.

The last major piece to sort out in odx's turn-around story. That then leaves a significantly growing and profitable business with a healthy bank account depending on the final price for cd4. Just a no brainer that this will re-rate from the oversold 3.3p, and nice to see buys taking it into positive territory today.

Loads of aim shares staying afloat on a wing and a prayer, Odx will soon have revenue from every cd4 test sold and a very profitable core business having sold all the loss making parts from the last two years.
