Sorry I do not post my predictions no more, after me posting. that I would sell at 55p.lessons learned and all that. All I can say is I have far lower average than I used to have, company has cash in bank, have increased sales/revenue, reduced losses, has royalty payment owing, has further sites in America, are expanding their tests,

continue to pursue gov for compensation, are selling into 3 new countries, seems alot better than when gov said that contract had expired.

At that time my property had just been flooded with raw sewage, so I took my eye off the ball.

Seems alot better here now, and I am in a better position with my 2 legal case I have at the moment.My average is in single figures now.

He has lost money here so for some reason he is very bitter towards company and other shareholders. He keeps on posting that he hopes company does well and other shareholders make a profit. Not what you and others have previously posted about shareholders here.

Anyway Company has repeatedly posted that they are vigorously pursuing government for compensation. They have continued to say they are well funded to carry out their strategy within America.

Last update they had £4.4m cash in bank, they had also increased their sales/revenue to £4.9m for first six months.

Royalty payment will be due soon of upto £1m.

2 more sites in America expected to start in FY25, no more losses associated from Alva site,

Seems to be looking far better than before.

So the big CEO from another company(Atan) says the contract was clear. .He seems to dismiss my post questioning whether gov contract is enforceable.

Was the contract ( an unconscionable contract)

unfair and far one sided to one party than the other?

Is he saying Food sensitivity testing was produced in volume at the Alva site?

I have previously been told that all sensitivity testing was produced where it is now.

Didn't company stop producing to concentrate on gov contract?

Didn't company expand premises so that gov machinery could fit in?

Deckhand giving his opinions and suppositions again. Best to just listen and take notice of RNSs from company, not from the bitter ex shareholder who admits to clearly getting it wrong on more than one occasssion with more than one company/share.

The more Deckhand posts, the more I think company has a stronger case.

If company didn't understand contract or if it was more one sided towards government then surely this makes it unfair and unenforceable.

Add to that government machinery was stored in premises, and company had reduced production on their food sensitivity product. Makes it more unfair. I think at worse case scenario the £2.5m will not have to be paid back. Further compensation would be a bigger bonus, which is what the company are still saying. It's in the RNS.

So Deckhand picking and choosing what to believe in RNSs, wonder why that is?

Deckhand changing the content within hus posts, clearly he has probably now bought.

Also if a contract is unfair or one sided, can it be enforced?

If somebody doesn't understand a contract, can it be enforced? I wonder.

Now the Deckhand has called up another gang member, he's working them at weekend now look. Most of others have been stopped posting which is a good thing. Share forum board to discuss honest and truthful points, but some of the gang were posting sexual content, threatening, insulting and abusive posts. Deckhand has agreed with some of their posts, let him try and deny that. He is as bad as those who have stopped as he encourages them. Well relaxing today watching some horseracing. Sales was greater than they had all predicted,

Sales into American Market were greater than they had all posted,

So likewise their predictions about government dispute could follow the same way.

Deckhand keeps posting the same points again and again, so only right to do the same.

Wonder how the Royalty payment from Accubio is coming on?

Likewise I wonder if the Chineese partner/distributor has renewed, or even the partner in Dubai?
