Will not fall, as news is due soon company with £5m sh in bank. Starting year with £2.4m of orders carried over ftom previous financial year. Brought consultants in to improve production capacity and was successfully as per RNS dated 06 September. Improvments were to be continued and 6 monthly results are to be released in 5 days time. Government dispute has been on going for 2 years, mediation was commenced in April and after which company are still confident in not only not having to repay a pre production payment but are more confident with their substantial counterclaim which they have put in. Any issues have been addressed and their Chineese partner has recommenced with their orders.

Their partner in UAE renewed a 3 year contract with Dubai Health Government.

2 new outlets have been installed in America at the start of calendar year. Any further sales will be included in these 6 monthly results.

Naysayers had been persistently talking anything about this company down.

But now that 90 m share warrants have expired last week, preventing a 40% dilution to share as a group of people had been going on about for months and months.

Company had been making a loss since covid, but those loss making parts of company have been sold for millions of pounds. £7.3m in total. They have received £6.3m so far so have a remaining upto £1m of royalty payments to be paid by Accubio.
