@legalwolf the FOMO you're talking about won't apply to this share because every single rise will be sold into for reasons previously outlined. There will be no shortage of stock to buy. The fundamentals, unfortunately, are what will drive the share forward - not FOMO. The only thing that will drive it forward to the rises everyone wants to see is a financing agreement & the terms of it.

@5toamillion - No I don't. They could put out an RNS now to say they've found an infinite supply of graphite & the SP would stay at this level. Why? Because graphite is common as muck. The value in graphite companies is an operational mine & binding offtake agreements, not proven resource. The reason why Blencowe is "scaling" its production is because it doesn't have the offtakes for a fully fledged mine - & because it doesn't have the offtakes, they wouldn't receive the funding necessary to build one anyway. People need to understand what they're invested into. We are all waiting for the company to either be sold, or financing to be agreed to make any real money here. That's the RNS we're all waiting to see. Hopefully will get an answer Q1 next year.

65million 70million point still stands & they're all cheap warrants if you're holding onto the hope of this going to 20p +. This will drift between 6.5p to 7.5p until financing is agreed or project is sold and the reason for that is because the people who hold the majority of the warrants don't want to be involved with the company anymore, so they will sell into any and every rise. If only Blencowe chose more reliable partners, but beggers can't be choosers.

As for these updates about new graphite "finds" I struggle to see the point of them or the expense used to dig them. I definitely don't want to see the company in 2026 spending more money to dig more holes when they haven't got the financing or offtakes to sell what they've already proven in the JORC and neither does the market. If they do, then there is a real risk this will drop below 6p.

Think you need to go count again. There are over 70million warrants left. Which will be exercised & sold into any rise where the warrant holder can make a profit. As I've stated, 2 former institutional backers who hold a lot of these warrants have made it clear they want to exit. They will create a drag on the SP well into next year, & any bit of good news will be hampered by more warrants being exercised to sell into the rise. Which is why I said even offtake agreements won't raise this anymore. Only financing or a sale will.

It won't reach 8p today & not likely to even if more offtake agreements come in. The only thing that will rocket this SP is when financing is confirmed & what the terms will be. That, or they sell the project.

This will sit between 6.5p & 7.5p until then. There are too many warrant holders looking to exit their position for a quick £. Unfortunately, Blencowe issued warrants like confetti and two of its institutional backers who hold a lot of the warrants have made it clear they want to exit.

Warrants only get exercised for 2 reasons.

1: They're expiring (Which is what was happening in the recent director warrants)

2. You wish to sell & make a quick profit

Yes they put a drag on the SP but penny stocks have to issue them else they'd struggle to get funding. Astounding that many on here don't know what they are. They don't concern me. I'm waiting for funding & offtake news then the sp will finally start to take off.

The DFS is outstanding but people don't understand where the value in graphite is. The value in graphite companies is in OFFTAKE agreements. NOT in deposit. Unfortunately, because two of Blencowe's institutional backers have sold their positions the share price has largely been driven by retail investors. People similar to people on this board who haven't got a clue about the company they've invested in nor the industry.

This company is extremely likely to become multiple levels of the current share price. All that's required is patience & wait for the offtakes to flow in which they certainly will. In the short interim before now & then I expect a drop to 6p but I personally won't be taking the gamble to sell to try and trade this share.

The only "div" is the one who said this would be 10.5p-11.5p. Why isn't it 11p Mark?

Wasn't the DFS guaranteed before the end of November? It's the end of November.

The JORC was as expected, certainly nothing warrant of the word "transformational". Wonder if the DFS will be any different? Probably not. We may even see a drop in SP when it's finally announced because it's exactly what was expected and not "smashed out of the park". The reason for the SP drop will be exactly because Mike has been doing nothing BUT ramp up BRES only to deliver exactly what was expected.

No the SP inflation will come when they've agreed financing and binding offtake agreements. Hopefully within the next 3 to 6months, I'm not expecting mush SP movement until then. Maybe a slight drift back down to the 6pence level.

@markomorrow I think Mike had better get his fool cap on then. I'm certain he won't be presenting the DFS. The gamble now is whether he'll have atleast the JORC. Guess we'll see

I think we should all consider the likely probability that neither the JORC nor DFS are going to be released before Mike's presentation or indeed even before the end of the year. This company does not have a good track record of hitting its targets.

We currently have a huge seller with a massive holding, probably institutional and that is probably RAB Capital. If so, it does raise the question why now - weeks before the release of the DFC? And why have we lost the support of two of our institutional investors?

Tellodome bought into the company at 4p, sold at 4p 8months later and keeps coming onto here telling everyone else sitting at 70% profit (If bought at same time) what a terrible decision they're making because of all these other graphite companies that he refuses to list (rolleyes). The guy is a bitter nutcase; but hey, I guess I might be the same if I sold right before a massive SP inflation :D
