If Schurter wants to take over CAPX, they know the potential, they do you think they will wait one year or two when the valuation is astronomical? Or would they want to buy it earlier when they can pay less? I will not be surprised if they make an offer in 2025.

I am a firm believer in CAPX becoming a huge company. I am a new investor to CAPX about six months or so and have been averaging down from .17p as I see great potentials here. If we ever get to 3p then many will become millionaires or even retire. Am not worried being underwater as am long here. SP is bound to get back to .20p very soon, a week or two

Why would retail get out? Am not going anywhere as I believe this is a multi bagger. Yes am in the red but have no urgency for the money invested in CPX.

Adding to my previous comment, as shares are in sticky hands, shorters will have difficulty buying shares in bulk and hence price will move higher and higher. I love a squeeze.

If shorting is the real scenario here, then those shorting are not expecting news shortly so they think time is on their side and will buy back before news. BUT what if news just landed before their expected, then a squeeze is deemed to happen which will push the price much higher as they will have to buy back at whatever the price to close their position and damage limitation. Have seen in few times.

Btw the news referred to in the last seminar three weeks ago, is definitely not the one RNSed this morning. Which means we should hear more next week.

If we get taken over for as little as 1.0 p, I will be over the moon. Am not being greedy. But could go higher.

Tell me one reputable distributor who would sign a distribution contract with a supply based on dream. The distributor must have seen the physical products and did its due diligence on CAPX to ensure a viable and profitable business partner. I am not here for 10-20%. I am here for the multibags. This year is the turnaround for CAPX and am sure will be Cashflow positive.

What you call miracle, to me might be happening in six months. Many companies listed who do not even have a pot to pi55 are valued more. CAPX has a marketable product with supply chain. Within 2 weeks we will know about second shipment. Things are happening.

VR you are correct in that point of view. But after seeing Schurter acquiring just under 5% and the board member also paid top dollars compared to current price, they must have seen something in the future success of CAPX. Am just following the money.

CAPX products are in a growing market with a long life expectancy and always subject to R&D to stay competitive and in demand. This is comparable to food business, meaning will always be there. That’s why I have invested heavily in CAPX. It is now growing plume which will turn into feather which will make it fly to new height. The COO and the team are not for just selling a product but creative an innovative and competitive product which will sell itself in time. Building a solid foundation with Schurter and may be more partners to follow in other region where Schurter cannot reach.

My one line summary of the seminar. “There is nothing wrong or doubtful with the CAPX and the progress is in line with expectations, no more funding except if they exhaust production capacity and need new plant, but they have foreign partners who can fill the extra capacity. More news within 2 weeks”. So long term holders are safe and it’s just a matter of winning new contract. Our patience will be well rewarded.

Also mentioned that with current cash burn, the available funds should last 24 months. But then we should also consider sales and revenue which can put the company in a stronger cash flow position. The company has very good prospect and let us see what the shipment be like for Feb 25. Should be higher as Dec and Jan are holiday months in AUS.

No cash raise for this calendar year, no placing.
