Am sure they have to proceed with their initial strategy and improve on it. Do you think the loan providers will allow such rights to be exercised now if the bod did not have solid plans? I dont think so. I really believe something positive on the horizon.

This RNS is oncise and correctly worded showing shareholders interest protection written all over it. No immediate dumping of shares by directors and improved cash flow.

The incentive has set conditions one of which is continuos service to the company. This shows committment and directors’ interest aligned to shareholders interest. I personally find it fair play. Please note that this has been voted by shareholders in July 17 which means this is not a surprise to shareholders. This is referred to as “Performance Related” so for me they would have some positive news to report very soon. IMVHO GLA

But from your previous post you sounded like reading from your crystal ball that one more spike before it drops to .04p ....etc...go read it again then you will realise what less experienced PIs would make of it. If you are not sure about a future event then I would suggest you don’t talk ****. Don’t pretend to be a guru and having your personal agenda.

How do you know there is one more spike and then sp will dip to .04p? Also how did you ascertain the drill results will not be for another 4-6 weeks if my memory serves me well? How do you know the result of the drill will be a flop then only the sp could go that low? All your assumption of HER are -ve mate or is it that your funds is not ready yet to be moved here for another month or so!!!!

Chaser quite right small climb is better that one big leap and immediate retrace. There is more rise to follow. IMO

DB83 looks like ProfW is spot on!!!!! .74p four hours.... no malicious intentions in posting this but I think we should respect posters even though we don’t share the same point of view. But I don’t respect ramperd and derampers as they deliberately cause losses to innocent PIs who are not experienced traders or investors. My motto is : Don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do to you... that much respect is the least we should show on this B.B. Again not intending to offend anyone. GLA

Cyrox funny thing is that I am also feeling that tomorrow opening will be .08 p and this sp is being walked up. At least more sustainable

I guess the next RNS is crucial as to the direction and objectives of HER. The funding will be available if or when they find some serious assets underground. But the risk is worth taking at that sp IMO. Small steady rise will lead the way to beyond .1 p soon.

I would rather it climbs 15 - 20 % and settle down few days then repeat again and again thus more sustainable climb.

Looking very interesting already and hope it settles at .10 p as new low. I see prospect here.

It’s only fair to say HER has not yet got much to show and that is why the sp is at that level. Raising funds is inevitable as this is the only way forward. But am sure this has been the common journey of many successful businesses / companies. Let’s hope they get lucky in their findings. I am willing to take a medium to long term punt with HER.

Thanks mate and hope some news land very soon and give us something to start believing in the prospect of HER. All that is needed is positive sentiments backed by dedicated bod who keep to a fair agenda in line with shareholders objectives. At this sp it is worth taking a chance.
