Well played, nice one! I watch listed this at 30p too but hadn't really done any research I just knew it as a name being talked about, but then it heavily jumped into the 60's so I thought here we go what's going on here, liked what I researched and read and finally got in at 66p, which I'm not unhappy about even though I watch listed at 30p as that's life. I'm a firm believer of "you get in when you get in", none of this deramping BS to get in a few pennies cheaper, they'll always be someone in cheaper and someone in more expensive than you, so if you like what you see just get in at the price it is at the time, if you've done your research and believe! I could have got in at 55p when it fell back if i waited but again, who's to say it wouldn't have shot off into the 80's? So again that's life and get in when you can
Are you back over 100% up now GL as that had you down a few days ago? ;).. What a nice couple of trading days this has been like others have said with CF sold out and positions taken by us and institutions with limit shares available, we should see a nice rise in anticipation, with then the news that we are hoping and confident for...
Remember last time it fell from 74 to 55, we got a TR-1 from a big buyer, not necessarily saying it's happening again, but if CF are selling down causing the lull as MM's are sucking up shares meaning there isn't much volume, ready to pounce on news, then we will be fine in the end, as others have said its all about patience and not thinking too much about SP fluctuations as the fundamentals/assets are no different at 55p or 74p. Just waiting for news now...
I agree, also its my understanding that you cant announce any significant news that will affect the SP at an AGM unless it is said at the same time as an RNS is released but that just gets complicated, if im correct?? So yes I wouldn't expect any funding update said at the meeting without anything being released to the market first
Yes I'm a bit confused by that too? Anyone correct me if I'm wrong too, but my understanding of what could potentially happen is, we sell 33% for $200m which then effectively becomes our market cap as that is the value of I3e as that's what in our bank, I see people say "that values our share at $400m" which I agree with but that's only if we want to sell our remaining share, so our company value is $200m until we produce and get revenues and then profit and/or get other projects like 30th confirmed and maybe sold/part sold to increase market cap further... So $200m divided by 35m shares gives us $5.71/share (4.10/share if my conversion is correct) which is the figure mentioned by others before... I've not seen anything mentioned about additional shares hitting the market from funding, and at 18m that would be a 50% increase which is obviously a lot, even though 54m shares is still a very small amount for the level we are talking...
Shares don't go up for the sake of it, just because there aren't a lot of shares in issue doesn't mean it should always be rising... MCap determines the share price and the way to raise MCap is to get money in the bank that the company can be valued at and/or by producing whatever and making profit, which we aren't doing at the moment but we are waiting for $200m of funding which will make the SP adjust accordingly as the value of I3E adjusts, when it happens...
Afternoon all, Been looking at the company website and trying to find articles etc to research but thought I'd ask you guys if you can provide some info... I tried to find clear numbers saying the Oz's of gold this company at least estimates... Can anyone tell me how much gold is being sat on and if there is a target for say 100,000Oz a year to be mined etc? Thanks
