Plutuq- Not sure how accurate this is as I am just going off memory maybe as long as a year ago, but I thought I saw a poster (maybe even RKB) say that the company are not obliged to release TR1's of holdings. Even though it is considered standard practice, maybe we do not want others knowing who owns over 3% if we are not legally held to reveal?
RhHh- I have found myself thinking that too in the recent past but then I think after further thought I find myself more leaning to Miker... I do agree it would be great to hear we have mined bitcoin BUT then my thoughts were, well if we are testing our chips and rigs and have successfully mined some bitcoin during that, that is still part of the testing phase awaiting full results...
Yes saying we have mined and generated some revenue would be great but if it isn't backed up with full findings, results and further mapping of the what's next for the company, I think we would see a spike and investors would get hurt by the initial roar off of being a miner but then nothing else... Which could cause QBT to become trolled and have a lot of negative sentiment by spiked investors which I think is best avoided! Just my thoughts
RNS on the 12 Nov clearly states that the next hearing is the 12th Jan then the court will identify the next brief/timeline of filing reports which they have done... no delay whatsoever. If you expected it to be wrapped up by the hearing on the 12th then that's your error.
Unless I am mistaken I have those Buys as large sells actually looking at what the share price was at those times yesterday, so could be JS forward selling half yesterday half today so when the shares are live tomorrow he’s already sold so we could have a blue day tomorrow off the back of that hopefully! Be interesting to see if roughly 6 million in late trades pop up tomorrow from today.
Expecting to see plenty of these
MM's job is to create a market obviously... If this kept on going up and up in a straight line they don't get their slice and cant create a market as they need shares for that, so they lower the price sometimes very quickly to accumulate then fill orders and resume the buying pressure
That's why sitting on your hands often reaps the highest rewards in these situations not getting sucked into games
