Breaking that down correctly - before or around the 18th, we are expecting details on the litigation only. Ben seems to think we are going to hear additional news - that's not my understanding. The additional (very welcome) news is to be delivered in the "next few weeks".

So let's not be downhearted when we don't see anything beyond that. It's coming, keep that in mind.

I think you’ll find the fact the liquidators took steps “to avoid such an eventuality” shows there is a legal precedence for such a move. Otherwise, why would they bother?

My "onwards and upwards" comment obviously stems from the fact trades were going through at 13.5p only a few days ago, now it looks like 19p is to be taken out too......but hey, good luck with your trading - I can only assume you hold tens of thousands at 3p.......correct?

As we do not know anything of the sellers position, none of us can say for sure. Nice to see buys back at 18p though, particularly the current 15k buyer. Onwards and upwards.

Predators..... and how comes your name come up as selling unless he is lying.... who is "he" exactly? Someone on a BB......and since when did BB names translate into a Britdaq name? From the purchases I have made, I was provided with the sellers real name, not a BB avatar. The problem isn't that this previously unknown SaucyBrutus individual is lying, it is that you have interpreted his comments incorrectly - he in turn has "assumed" (I suppose) that simply because I mentioned buying a large figure, that this must therefore be me selling the 27k figure. Fairly certain there are others on this board with far more than 100k. (P.S. if you want Saucy to prove it was me selling, ask him my real name......bet he cant tell you.)

Just saw my name mentioned yet again by the naysayers. Didn't realise I was so popular. Just for clarity, Predators et al, just because I don't post constantly on this board, what with me having a job and all, does not mean I have changed my mind about WHET or WRN. I made it clear I was buying 100k WHET shares and I have. I have no intention of selling them for some considerable time - at least until I reach my target - and I do not feel the need to constantly discuss my approach on this BB. I suggest you keep your thoughts to yourself and let people get on with their own strategy, regardless of whether it meets your "high" standards or not.

Such, this is not a spike/pump and dump as you may wish to call it, this is simply the result of the US Supreme Court decision. WEB had it's day and now it appears to be GAN's turn. yes, WEB has dropped back but that was expected. When license deals start to come through there will be yet another run both here and elsewhere. The news was after all, massive for the industry.
