NEOS was notified on 26 April 2013 that on that day Mr. John Teeling sold 35,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.7p per Ordinary Share. The Company was also notified that Mr. Teeling sold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.75p per Ordinary Share on 17 April 2013. Subsequent to these transactions, Mr. Teeling is now interested in 16,450,471 Ordinary Shares representing 9.22% of the Company's issued share capital.

HSBC bought a load of teelings shares when he subsequently sold - HSBC now have over 19% of shares. Why would they do that is the question?

wow, someone at HSBC is on the ball - buy 35m one week then sell 6m a week later - how much did they lose in that deal?????
