Don't think hope it won't fail MRc but don't think we have much say on timelines/offtakes being just a 49% holder as that wasn't done by mistake I hope I'm proved incorrect by Keith but news is and has been a dearth for ages with broken promises on timelines.

Cinovec Project Definitive Feasibility Study

A Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") is currently being undertaken on the Cinovec Project managed by DRA Global Limited. The DFS is on track for completion in Q4 2023. The extension in the time forecast for the DFS completion plus the development of the optimised flow sheet have led to additional costs in excess of the original estimate when CEZ became a shareholder of Geomet in early 2020. The current forecast is for additional overall costs to the Company of approximately €6.86m.

This gives until the end of the quarter which would be December so lots of wriggle room for them. My own personal view of CEZ onboard therefore the slow progress is it is the best of limited options provided by the Czech government the other being shut out of the project altogether and suffocated. I don't think if Keith had the opportunity again to look at a project where politics takes over no matter how big the resource he would run for the hills.

I remain optimistic for now but boy 2015 seems a lifetime away now.

Had rainbow at buy in June 2023 that was before m.o.u. with mosaic in July plenty of upside to be seen👍

My only concern is the brics meeting the other week China is becoming the go to investor for African countries and they don't do something for nothing we need the MDA to be signed and sealed before we see the big uptick the share will have that being said Hypromag is going to be a big project hence Cotecs involvement and as soon as the MDA is signed I can see a writing of a new contract between them and MKA .
