Winding up petitions2 Jun 2016 16:00
A winding up petition I have just read is brought about by creditors usually to get the company to pay up or else to be forced into liquidation. The RNS states in fact that " The Petitions have been presented by Eupay Group Limited, a company that formerly supplied payment services to the Group, and the Board believe this to be an effort to avoid repaying balances due to the Group of £225,235. "
If this is the case, it is implied that Eupay are in fact a debtor and not a creditor. WTF!!
