Falling below 35p does not look good for the short term as there was Institutional Investor backing at both 35p and 37.5p. So, it seems like one of them is is bailing out... Yesterday´s Final Results indicate that REDX needs to drastically reduce its costs and it is doing so by cutting its workforce by 60% to 86 employees. The loss of 2 Directors also seem to be part of that. The strategic refocus outlined in the RNS means that REDX is cutting back on its other options to develop new treatments. Yes, I just stumbled also onto this last week. This share is definitely under the radar and worth considering. Volga Gas is already producing over 8000 boepd in the Volga region of Russia. No debt... 55p resistance and breakout to 75p & 88p IMO. Market Cap. £43m and only 81m shares in issue. Yesterday took me by surprise. All I can say is that the anticipated drop from yesterday´s R.I. must have already been factored in at the 110p low from the warning given on the 16th Feb. Trading in the 130-140p range now. Rights issue will dilute the shares by another 30% or so IMO at a significant discount. Institutional investors will be sitting on a nice profit to sell and short at the same time. Shorts increased again to 4.86% from 4.75% yesterday. Turnaround for the company will not be overnight and there could be some other bad news coming soon before that. So yes, IMO its going down.

From the chart, it can be seen that the similar previous announcement of £500m Rights Issue on 26th April 2016 caused a big drop.
