AML now owe Mercedes cash rather than shares for every part of their 10% which falls under £12.46.

How can the market have the placing priced when when they don't know ANY of the details yet?

Like how much they are raising, how much dilution etc.

For a while, the fact-based approach lost money and the faith-based one made money.

Clearly there would/should always be a point where the facts over take the faith.

For me and AML, the cold hard facts would hit home at around £15 a share.

When I would still be up (just), but have to accept my faith in Stroll, Moers, etc. was misplaced.

However, until that day…

If you were PIF, would you take on debts of £1.2bn, in one of the riskiest companies, when it is still run by someone else, thus making you completely liable for all that debt should things go wrong?

A company which constantly misses sales targets, burns through cash at alarming rates and has to cash raise every few months to keep the lights on?

A company which lies to shareholders, promising it's fully funded when it is actively working on a £650m cash raise at the same time?

A company who loads US dealers with hundreds/thousands of DBX because it helps the sales numbers, but actually only succeeds in destroying used values because supply/demand is all wrong?

DBX sales are down 7% on Q3 2022, was the 707 not supposed to sell more than original DBX?

A company with a proven liar at the helm who obviously only cares about his son's F1 drive, using AML's name to raise funds?

A company who just lowered their sales targets for this year by 11.5%, basically another profits warning in disguise?

It DOES mean a cash raise because AML have burned through all £311m they raised in the last year.

Net debt is exactly the same as it was before they raised it.

How else do AML raise funds?

They currently lose 60k per.

Anyone who defends being drowned in dilution from a loss making company struggling from crisis to crisis shows their colours.

If Stroll is finally giving in to either PIF or Geely, then it will be big I reckon.

Stroll gets bought out at a premium, most expensivce debt gets massively reduced (by at least 50% so 500m minimum required for that alone), and PIs get shafted.

No-one wants this company with all that debt, and still massively loss-making.

Valhalla has been pushed back to end of 2024, so let's say that means 2025 in AML speak.

The DBX is nort getting a facelift until 2025, again... AMLs words.
