No-one is buying because they don't know the tariff applicable at the time of delivery (6 months from now)

Even 10%v tariffs will hurt AML, imagine sales are down 10% in the US... I bet it's more.

Why did they raise 125m if liquidity was fine at 400 mill?

Because half of that are customer deposits and the rest is mostly potential credit card/bank loans/revolving credit.

"ultra infinite liquidity" is more apt as Stroll could just keep adding to the debt every few months.

Why would they mind if it went private? AML need Merc for supply. Merc need AML for profit on those parts, private or listed.

Stroll controls the voting rights (through other holders), and is probably the majority bond holder.

This is the danger if Stroll owns very little of the equity. Why has no-one on the board forced Stroll to buy himself, why is it always shrouded in secrecy through Yewtree?

Honesty doesn't need a hiding place.

There are many incentives to taking a company private, but AML will stay public for as long as they need to raise cash, and that's not changing anytime soon..... otherwise Stroll would have made a bid last week.

What will be interesting is how he raises funds next time.

AML have nothing else to sell (ie the F1 stake) and I am guessing the other 3 will not be a part of any further cash raises for a company Stroll promised to 'save' 6 YEARS ago. He has failed

It doesn't change the fact that ramper Camelot1968 is lying on a public forum to try and steer the price.

If he was looking to take the company private, why did he just apply for a waiver to NOT have to bid for the company, having crossed the 30% ownership threshold last Friday.
