People are paying a premium here because they are stupid and haven't done the maths.

Why would YOU pay 8x something's worth?

With a high level of demand the Bookbuild and Subscription has raised approximately £41.2 million (before expenses)

Fees will be around 1-2m.. Doesn't change the maths much does it?

Direct from the RNS:

· A total of 1,713,830 new Ordinary Shares will be issued through the Subscription at the Offer Price, raising £4,970,107 (before expenses)

· A total of 12,507,793 new Ordinary Shares will be issued through the Bookbuild at the Offer Price, raising £36,272,600 (before expenses)

so circa 14m share created out thin air, from a total of about 230m shares in total before this.

Guess what, around 6%!!!!! Funny that, huh?

When there is a placing, find out how much holders are diluted, in this case about 6%.

Take 6% off the placing price of £2.90 and you get £2.72.

That's how placings work. Hence the price now.
