That's probably around the 345 worldwide they have sold. So a bit of a flop so far eh? The one thing everyone agrees needs to save AML isn't selling well at all.

Debt is fine when if you have income to pay it off, when you make a loss it's utterly brutal.

AML have borrowed £1.3 Billion pounds, and they are using that loan to pay off the interest on the loan. They have £500m left and it will run out in around 6 months.
Why do you see the SP rising in this situation?

I am sure a money man would be buying shares if he believed Stroll's ridiculous 6,7..9 quid valuations. I bet he raised his eyes upward during that claim.

I agree Doyezee, but they need DBX to be a hit now. Not next year after a refresh/hybrid version etc.
With Valkyrie Q3 2021 and DBX refresh after that, they desperately need income from DBX otherwise they will be raising cash every 3 moths like this year.

PS, the bond holders you talk about are unnamed.
There are no institutional investors, it has to be private bond holders as II's wouldn't touch AML with a huge bargepole.
In the event of worst case scenario bankruptcy, bond holders are first in line , so you can guess who they are... Stroll's mates.

Yeah Dunnie, but as an investor I think it's our right to know order book numbers. The only thing I really needed to hear.
Am reading 2019 full year results, basically Palmer is saying they had an order book of 2000 ish for DBX, which is what they projected as sales per year year. They also DON'T take deposits for DBX, dealer can but AML definitely don't, so they couldn't tell how many had been cancelled.... that's handy!
I wonder where Stroll gets 5000 a year from, that seems way beyond what the homework suggests.

I notice Ken McGregor (finance officer) is the only board member not to own any shares!

Dunnie, I was pretty positive to have £46k invested. Then I heard the DBX sales and how they flat out refused to give order book numbers.... TO INVESTORS! Hah.

I'd say HMS AML has a huge leak in it, and it's a race against time to get to the nearest shore, whether it makes it or not is down to many different factors, some out-with Stroll's control.

DBX sales are crucial, but I bet the next thing we hear about them are in Feb 2021, so I guess I will be waiting until then to fully decide.
The less it sells, the more AML will have to cash raise/dilute shareholders, plain and simple.

The debt is now £1.3 Billion in bonds @ 10.5% and 15% interest.

They are a high risk/high return company.
I keep flicking between feeling positive and negative, I reckon it's 50/50.

Positive: Great team of drive, successful people on board, some of the best in the industry, proven track records etc.
Negative: They inherited a turd of a situation and they are going to have to execute the plan perfectly over the next 4/5 years to attain Stroll's objectives. Covid didn't help. The debt is utterly eye-watering.

I would love to lock away my fund here for 4 years and ignore it all, but that's not possible, I've tried, hah.

Same here on IG, I have asked but heard nothing back yet.
