Do you know what TERP actually means?

It's the average of the shares you had at 1400p when the RI was announced, combined wit the new shares you bought at 4.90 ish.

The average is 808p.

So at current prices of 525p, you are 35% down on your investment.

I see TUI extended their credit line too of 2.6bn .

It still needs paid though. That will require another rights issue.

TERP (808p) - 35% = 525p.

So anyone who took the RI shares has lost 35%.

Fairly simple maths.

Avocet bought into the rights issue and is down 35% and I am the idiot, hahaha.

Dilution of circa 4% are working it's way through to the share price as expected.

The question is, how long will that extra £95m last them?

Burning through £181m in Q1, same-ish for Q2, the answer is:

Not long!

And Stroll selling shares, hardly a good look for confidence in the company when the owner is selling shares.

Gap to 2.30/2.40 now.

Jeremy Hunt saying he supports more interest rate rises even if it causes a recession, hah. That’s the whole point about inflation, you need to contract economy to take the heat out it.

They can’t came out and say severe recession coming because that’s a self fulfilling prophecy.

So they keep on saying one more rise to keep everyone positive and spending. But they need to contract and reduce inflation causing a recession.

Yet AML sales are down, probably best to stop quoting car sales averages when AML is such a niche manufacturer.

AML only sold 1269 cars in Q1, the company have said to expect the same in Q2, so 2500 at the midway point in the year.

The target is 7000.

Disagree - As stated in a post last week, I believe we've seen the low at £5.39, which was last Wednesday. Think from tomorrow and once the rights have ceased trading as of tonight, the SP will rise for the next few days, with next Tuesday's statement about the uptake and rump, also showing a positive light - believe strongly that the SP will move to £7 before the 24th April - of course profit taking from the 24th will then decrease I'm sure, but then rise to the TERP and beyond - of course we'll see
