On the Brightside.They still say upon successful closure of Minto they will be looking for further acquisitions. So they must still be confident(fingers crossed) I suppose this RNS had to come out its just the shock of how much money is left so in the end we are no different to the start of the week when we were getting a little excited about tweets about copper prices.

It now seems in a few short months we have gone from making a nice profit to losing the lot.(I may be wrong usually am but that's how it looks to me)
They should word the RNS different as I am sure our Chairman is not pleased to tell us we are nearly skint.
I normally wish everyone Good Luck but I think we are passed that.

A list of resolutions for the next Annual General meeting.All the usual stuff re-election of GG and performance rights to 6 members of board (Lets hope they earn them) but is this a usual resolution Approval of 10% Placement Capacity

Nice of them to invite me to the meeting but I afraid I cant afford to be flying to Brisbane at the minute,maybe if the sp was in the 20s

Your explanation sounds very feasible to me,but I will be the first to admit I have no idea how the process works.I can never understand the delays or the length of time these things take.

Down Tlou never asked for the extension but they caused it. Let's just hope everything thing goes through quicker this time

A great post It about summs up how I feel at the moment. I just hope I can get my money back at some stage which is a lot for me and I will be away.Not just here but my other investments alsoThis share is the biggest disappointment of all of them it looked so promising and straight forward but now it's just delay after delay and probably another fund raiser. Yes we have gas in the ground and probably even more soon but it's worth noting unless you can sell it A takeover is shareholders best chance here as it seems TG can sell companies but not gas Good Luck everyone

Good post but you now have me worried Ive been here 10 years next month and have been waiting for first production also wether the mine was in America Australia or Yorkshire.My problem now is you say £££ when production starts that's got me a bit deflated as you never get a prediction right re sp.
Oh and I don't agree 100% about CF but everyone has a different opinion.

Donkey only get everything right because he says the opposite of what everyone wants to happen.With nothing going right for us lately (thanks to a ridiculous Government) his spiteful predictions come true.When everything was going well everything he said was wrong.
I agree with everything else you say they do seem to favour a company that supposedly has nothing going from them.
You would think they wait for Tlou to make a statement by TG CC or GG about how confident they are with the progress then hit them with bad news.
Oh well the wait goes on.

JTD you are spot on with all you said,as like everyone else I am here to make money and have a large holding for me and I am sub 10p.A bagger would be great but I will just have to wait it out.At the moment everything just seems to go wrong for me shares and other aspects of life so I have a very negative attitude right now,I would probably find a downside to a lottery win.
I will refrain from posting until I am in a better frame of mind

Well Ive looked through it all and the dreaded words on the last slides subject to funding does not fill me with confidence.Another fund raise like I thought from the last podcast hinted.I think only a takeover can save me here now.
