Hey rossannan
I see you again at it posting more rubbish, I thought your obsession on Rainbow Warrior as it was YOU who started posting all the tripe on that fiasco. Now you drag up and post today something that happened 4 years ago, how is this relevant
to our present crew onboard the Stena IceMax? Do you think we are stupid? Do you think no one notices your sly and yes devious posts on this board? You are the lowest of the low & been posting same vitriol since 2004...you know exactly what you are doing too...like your posts on L Koot ex CEO Columbus.
rodders123 your post is misleading & malicious
What President Trump is talking about is American territorial waters ONLY.
The Bahamas territorial waters are nowhere near Florida. We are only 30-40 miles off the Cuban coastline. Offshore drilling has already taken place some years ago. Stop attempting to put barriers up where there are none.
Guy, I suppose this rubbish will only increase to fever pitch the closer we get to drilling operations...
I will continue to filter new pop up posters with no real history
For the avoidance of any doubt, my question today to Bahamas Petroleum in an email posted to their HQ was as follows
Would I be correct in assuming the Stena IceMax is heading first to Freeport, Bahamas & then on to drill location?
reply below:
26 Nov at 14:40
Dear xxxxxxxx
Yes, that is correct as per our announcement. Upon arrival into The Bahamas (Freeport) on the 15 December, the ship will
take 4-5 days to be provisioned and loaded and then transitioned to the drilling location for spud of the well.
Kind regards,
Tara Ramsey?

Stena IceMax sailing directly to the drill location 40 miles off Cuban coast in the territorial waters of The Bahamas
"The Stena IceMAX, one of the most technically capable drillships in the world, has completed all necessary vessel and equipment inspections and is scheduled to leave the dock in The Canary Islands before the end of November 2020, heading to location in preparation to drill the well"

Stena Icemax now taking a pilot aboard to enter the port of Las Palmas

Hi, fatalbert, no not a radical idea whichever it is we will find out tomorrow, for sure.
Will the Stena Icemax do similar to Stena Drillmax to anchor off Las Palmas harbour instead off entering port.
I suppose it depends on what further supplies/logistics the company have waiting...
Location of Stena DrillMax been at anchor off Las Palmas for 18 days.

I never got any reply from the ship's agent, could only obtain info on the freely available port authority information site open to the general public. Yes, I agree to wait for RNS to confirm.
