Still think this one has a bit left in it. Start of Int dividend payment(even though small) is a good sign. Also it is very specialised technology which is more in demand as the explorers have to go into deeper water. I agree the spreads are bad but Level 2 lets you see the spreads caused by the market makers. If they were less greedy they would probably create a viable market in these shares.
This has just come back from suspension, has new funding, has the technology to stop Cdiff(tests have proved in Sunderland) and now going to try other markets apart from the NHS(wise move). The results look OK as they had to dump the Inn08 technology. No shares traded today!! Looks worth topping up. Any comments please.
This has moved well in the last few days. All buys. Maybe news of a contract. If not this one could fall. I got more Kenz and this one today. Hope it does well.
Agree with you jambos this one has really moved in the last two weeks. I got in at 44 and hope for more. Also see you like AFR. Another one doing well is KENZ. Do you know anything about obtala due for IPO shortly. It has Mining in Tanzania so have a soft spot for shares like it as i lived there 40 years ago. But the offer seems a taster as only 10% for sale.
Reults look good with increase in EPS of 25% and PE ratio of 7.5 and a PEG of say 0.3 these shares look a bargain. Also work on Wimax for India. Have I missed something?
Last year the finals were on 19 th Feb 07. Would expect them for 08 to be very soon. However they are not shown on the barclays calendar for next three weeks. Also Q3 statement was in Nov. Surely results due soon!! then something may happen with the Sp.
Best wishes to you all in 2008. Yes thanks for comments. I went into gold(GBSS) and agriculture(AIGA) in June and have oil and metals and China. How about AFR, doing really well recently but no profits yet. FTO I looked at based on this forum and bought it. I liked the PEG ratio of 0.5 (but it is variable) and low Gearing(20%). Based on what you are all saving I will take a profit ASAP. How about buying dollars or opening a dollar deposit account for a safe investment in appreciation of the dollar. Good Luck for 2008.
I have been watching this one as it has been recommended by SW. But glad I didn't. Is it still worth buying long term? I use Barclays Stockbrokers Marketmakers. No problem with prices and can execute straight away. Email back in 30 seconds. Also, have limit orders and is not level 2.
Good choices. You might lose some but good gains. Go to look at AFR and other Oils. They go up on oil finds and down on water finds but we still need the stuff at a higher price. I have struggled with Pharma and Hitech. Last success was CZT. Most success in Oils and mining.
Yes i have 10 AIM but also others, not many FTSE. Since reading the Zulu Principle i have performed far better. So no NRK, BDEV or Tate Lyle Yorkie, just PEG ratios. Thats investing(sometimes) not gambling.
Thanks for replies to Investors v gamblers. I agree with New kid and fat controller. The investor is a slow accumulation through buying and selling. The gambler is is for short gains(with leverage)possibly using CFDs.I am not the fat controller but have invested for 40 years. AIM stocks sre volatile but with say 10 if more go up than down then you are doing OK. Yes I had TRX and have ROK but have made money in TAN, VOG, HCEG and others. Still in AFR and BRR. Maybe helping each other is the way forward and not abuse.
Im not here either but the FatController is an investor and you are gamblers. Take your pick.
I got in this week at 4.65. Sp shows last 2 rising lows and a previous high of 8 p. Also, know of two large investors shown on RNS(20%). Probably more. Got JV.
Thanks Silveraw. You got this one spot on. Chart looks good till 9p
Also why does a sell for £80 at 8.48 send a share down 10%. Someone is at it.
No RNS(not sure of time limit. Usually 2 or 3 days). 2 trades(Buy and sell) so far today sends shares down 10%. Someone is at it.
No RNS showing a previous holding of that number apart from Fidelity with more. Suggests a new holding of 6.75% which may mean there is a little left in this one.
21.4.M at 11.29.Is it a Buy or a Sell?
Results show 50% inc and PEG ratio less than 0.1. Looks good
This sp is not looking good with the sudden falls. Apart from problem with commercial and lending (small division) this looks overdone or there is a bigger problem?
