In theory yes, but Ukraine population 40million.
The UK has about 70 Million population yet they recruit from the commonwealth to bulk up the army.
Russia population 140 Million.
Ukraine will run out of soldiers and they will get to a point where they are just sending untrained old and young men to get killed.
You can keep fighting buy you need soldiers.
As it stands today, I already suspect that when this war is over a lot of Ukrainian women will end up in the west as prostitutes, mistresses or catalogue brides.
Cos there will be no men in Ukraine.

People still want Polymetal shares.
It gets knocked down by bad news after bad news yet people, banks and funds still want Polymetal shares.
That tells me two things
1. It holds good value
2. They trust the management.

I am weary about giving financial advise to anyone as i do not know your circumstances or intentions.
However I PERSONALLY prefer to hold my investments in an ISA where possible for the tax advantage reasons.
I have no idea what the benefits are of holding investments outside an ISA when it is possible to hold them in an ISA.
However I am happy to be corrected if there are reasons.
