I said on this thread that the decision to sell had been made. Today Nesis was very explicit about it.

However, I find it surprising that people are still resistant to a sale. Don't they understand that until the sale is made and the business derisks from Russia the business itself is at risk?

Nesis: The Value of the Russian business should more than cover the debt of the business and pay a dividend.

So post sale we should have a virtually debt free Kaz business with a bumper dividend too.
