Antonio was hopeful of getting the gummies back online end nov, early dec. Really hoping for an update on this matter soon.

The second main point of note is that its Chill brand CBD gummies has made progress in a novel foods application to the UK Food Standards Agency. It is working with well-known law firm CMS and confident of having a novel food application completed ahead of of a deadline of 31 March 2021:

At the moment the supoly issue is with gummies...re the novel foods paperwork...the stock is all there !!
Really not sure why we cannot sell whilst application goes through, we have until march 21. Maybe the flavour change has caused it..we were happily selling up to our application. Rather a few sales missed now compared to no licence over the next @@@ years..
I emailed lastnight and they are hopeful of "soon".
Demand is there...supply not !

IF it is in stock.....gummies are a big seller, so poss missed out on a few sales...

Compri...valid point, but I was told end nov, poss into start of dec. just lack of uodate from zoe esp as a busy period for sales. happy to wait fot all the box ticking in place, 100 % watertight before march end.
I would expect the Co is busy right now as plenty of news updates req fulfilment !!
