Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Long term furlough can do funny things to people’s mental health.
“ Quite amusing really.”
Really? Oh dear!
By that I mean the current holding must cause embarrassment
“ But overall, their average is negative as the shares are free carry from the profit they've made.”
Whilst certainly true, In some senses I’m not sure how relevant this is. Current holders of the C.A. fund won’t be this generous and it must cause Burnstein considerable embarrassment.
Surely it can’t be worked out accurately. We don’t know if they’ve been buying and selling but not going through a threshold in which case they won’t have to notify the market.
Cavalry are here.
Rns
“ I just have a gut feel we are going to see a massive d4e and somehow CA are involved in the deal”
Would that be sensible with their holding?
Yes, this is the conundrum. C.A buying, the Board not buying. Unless C.A see a quick trading opportunity
It’ll be interesting to read Crystal Ambers assessment of the CPR. Probably comment after the quarterly production update.
I’ve not been following developments recently so can someone please correct me if I’m wrong. There’s sufficient oil to raise funds to pay off the bonds but then the well runs dry. Then a huge share dilution would be necessary to raise funds for further drilling. If this is correct would this be when directors would make a purchase?
I’m sure they’ll hedge.
It’s my belief that Crystal Amber believe the RNS was unnecessarily negative with the emphasis on the wrong details. Badly worded by a naive BOD. Naive in their understanding of how the market would react but a technically competent BOD. They hold £7m.
Dickbat. He enjoys moaning and telling porkies too much.
I’m sure we’ll get clarification of increased reserves soon. Just a hunch. DYOR
But it hadn’t crashed 92 years before the 1929 crash.
I don’t think anyone knows who the bond holders are. Daltry said it was Kerogen but he was, I suspect, just trolling again.
Derampers can’t have it all ways. Apparently Hur is worthless and yet the bond holders would like to take control of the company!
Makes sense to achieve a win win.
Not, I hasten to add, that retirement suits everyone. It can make some people quite bitter and insecure. ;)
Well it’s obvious you only mix in the very best circles, good for you.
Retired? Me? Yes at 55, currently aged 56.
