The next quarterly review is on 5 March and if the Mcap is anywhere near this level it will be demoted from the FTSE250 and maybe the FTSE350 forcing the trackers to sell. Good news in the next couple of weeks would be welcome.

I was just re-reading the trading update and by paying down the debt by £1m from warrant proceeds shows a great deal of confidence in the cash position and the growth of the company.

Not sure what is happening with the SP ATM, maybe warrants, maybe someone accumulating ... either way when it's over the shares should re-rate.

The recent buys and increase in SP is likely speculative buying ahead of the update on 21 Jan, can't imagine things will have improved since the last profit warning, if anything the retail environment is worse. They didn't flag any cash flow issues last time but the cash available had decreased significantly and they cancelled the divi. Very brave to buy ahead of the update.

The quarterly bond repayment is due soon, maybe the cash or stock decision will give us an indication of the confidence in cashflow and potentially any incoming cash from the DX
