Alba will have a 54% share holding in GreenRoc Mining Plc, which is a new company created by Alba in the spinout of its Greenland assets. We as shareholders in Alba get nothing, just the bonus of being invested in Alba who have this 54% holding in GreenRoc. The spinout should ultimately give the Greenland assets the value they deserve (£11.1m expected), because within the Alba portfolio, the market seems to be giving them almost no value whatsoever and when the IPO is launched, we should benefit from the value it is given....because Alba (who we are invested in) have this 54% holding in GeenRoc. Agreed. We have been in the twentys for far too long and I hate sounding like a ramper, but I do belive that given the potential of the assets, the market cap is too low and we are currently undervalued. How do you value something that you have in the ground? In Albas case....by giving it an MCap of £18m it would seem. My view, is we should be double that and be where we were at Christmas last year. But we had the problem with some assay results delayed and sentiment disappearing...(Talked down by derampers, some might say?).....hey ho.

A great day indeed! But we all know what will happen come Monday, the usual drop after a decent rise. I hate saying it, but it has been the usual way of things for Alba, no matter how good the news. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

SP was down at this level just 2 months ago and also back in April. So this should be its support level and bounce back up (ever so slightly). Good time to buy in my view.

There must be a lot of extreme nonsense being typed on the board, I’m getting green filter messages. I’ve only ever filtered 2 extremely annoying people (ThePole and cracker10).

If they issue more shares to the market, they will dilute themselves as well as the likes of us. So I’m not worried…especially as nothing has actually happened. If the shares are issued and money is raised for a positive reason for the company, then that is only a good thing.

I am still pessimistic, about the outcome of this. Whilst the signs are good with all the job advertisements, I am still not convinced it is “on the cusp”. I have applied for a job before, only for the position to be cancelled shortly after the deadline date for applications (I knew the company and people who worked there and they confirmed it was cancelled, due to unforeseen circumstances).
I like that some of you are very optimistic about this and I wish I could be that way. Only time will tell and we should know by the end of this month.

I find it is rare that companies inform you of when any samples have been sent, or when they arrive at their destinations. Just informing us of a ball park date (end of June as stated) for shipping, is the best you will get in RNS’s really. It can get a little annoying at times.

I wouldn’t say they were struggling to produce the quality of oil required, as you say, because it was report recently that the sale of oil was at WTI was it not??? Please correct me if I’m wrong there.

The only thing that will generate interest, is a fully disclosed detailed funding package, with the thumbs up from all the finance syndicate members and a green light to start building the mine.
There seems to be no faith in Kefi from the market anymore. No wonder the EG, gave them the hurry along warning. Let’s hope it happens soon.

Yes the common belief is for the API license news to be in July, though IMHO, it could come anytime from late on in the month up to September. Providing all the i’s have been dotted and all the t’s have been crossed. But talking of crossed, my fingers are crossed for this month. GLA
