I don’t believe there is going to be a funding raise, just the issue of 100,000,000 shares to Mpay.
So a bit of dilution, but I’m okay with that as it pays the way for huge future growth for GST in my opinion.

Yes, a very interesting RNS indeed.
I read it as the application is going through the process. As in the process with the FCA. I believe and hope that the application has already been put in back in February/March (??)and that with the current time frames on the FCA website, this should be completed sometime in July (??). That is my take on it.

GST are in the process of applying for an Authorised Payment Institution (API) licence in the UK to provide the required approval for this service.

What are others take on this????

There is a wording error in that report at the start of the paragraph on page 2. It says that ‘Valkor and Greenfield established a joint venture’ but it should read as…..Valkor and TomCo established a joint venture called Greenfield.

Little things like these always annoy me.

Intra day stuff is of no consequence really and shouldn’t be annoying. I can see the annoyance of this though, because recently the SP has been brought down and down slowly until we hit 0.24-0.25 and this could happen again now. All could change tomorrow with a Greenland plan of attack RNS or Assay results etc...etc... we shall see.

Everyone. The FCA process for an API license takes a very long time, this will not be granted until the end of June imho....provided the correct documentation has been submitted and filled out correctly....if not, then a further 2-4 months after that. Patient guys n girls. GLA

On the cash burn topic, I’m sure I heard HAA mention in the las Q&A, that the Hawiah drilling program is funded until the end of June. So if I’m right, Smellyben is also right with his thoughts about a fundraise. I think I will have to listen to the Q&A again to check on that.

There must be some news coming this week, as HAA did say there would be a number of RNSs in May.

The rug has been pulled from under people’s feet many times in the past on finance. I would say that it is sounding extremely possible this time around and I am of the thinking that the delay is potentially for the election. Time will tell and we shall see in the coming 3 weeks. Good luck to all.

Spread doesn’t bother me....it’s the fundamentals that I am interested in and those are extremely good here. The spread will close soon enough, so do not worry. GLA

Im sure I remember something being said in an RNS last year, about looking in the spoil heap. The plan was already in place to do so. So I was not surprised when they mentioned it recently. I will have a look at past RNS’s to find it.

Will be glad if Kefi can get anything higher than the 12month high (??2.9??)....let alone 10p or even 14p.

I really thought it was going to be a 3-4% rise today. It would be so very wrong, if they take this back down below 0.30.

I thought they were going to open high and just slowly drop it as usual. One of the many MM games. There is no way I am selling my shares...too much upside and I am looking 12-24 months down the line.

The run the price up first thing and then drop it down gradually over the morning. They do it so often, it’s predictable. But always annoying.

I wouldn’t hold your breath on that hope. In recent times (as we all know), the market has been cruel to Alba and its shareholders by dropping the SP on what is essentially good news. We should know by 0900 which way the day should pan out.

There is more going on here than sentiment. For me, the fundamentals have improved this year. Lost/lack of....sentiment, could maybe explain the SP drop this year. Then add the constant talk of drill here, drill there, dig here, dig there and no talk or sign of gold could explain it further.

As for the share price rise: the pitting of the waste rock in search of early revenue stream is nothing new, they have mentioned doing this before and the rise could be from the talk of assaying these areas and thus producing actual gold results (most likely being low very) ???? Also Denmark has opened up and so that could potentially open the door to Alba working on the ilmenite and graphite projects over there. That could explain the rise we have seen.???You say no news, but Denmark opening is great news....Greenland is part of the kingdom of Denmark dont you know :o)
Maybe a little optimism from the MMs is causing the rise???

Maybe an RNS very soon about getting into Greenland???
