You are correct that Alba do not have a production license as such, but I feel I must correct you on your last post.

I thought it was widely known that Alba have been given special permission from the Crown, to sell any Gold that they find in their exploration stage. It is apparently very rare for this to happen. Just read the RNSs and the information is there for all to see. So when they run these samples through, the gold they find, they have permission to sell and generate an income.

My Advice to you Bushy100, is to read some of elir71's post. He is very informative and one of the few I would refer to as a genuine investor on here. But always do you own research. read, read and read some more....oh and there are plenty of videos on you tube.

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you might be a little mixed up there Bushy100.

The 10,000 barrels a day, would be the production from the plants that would be built off the back of this upgrade to the current Petroteq plant and process. This should have gone onto the 12 hour shift by now, if the upgrades have been fully successful now. They were tweaking the system and process to refine the finished product, last I heard. But we should have some news very soon now on how things are going.....not to mention the FEED study.

As the subject title says, there are a lot of buys coming in.....showing as sells, but are definitely buys.

Because there is so many positives in that RNS, that point towards successful future production.

It sure is. Alba will surely have been in contact with the Greenland government and made arrangements to get started with one or some projects this season. We shall see.

Currently.....no. Alba are in the exploration stages in all projects. They have produced some very nice drilling samples (with gold intercepts) and pulled some rocks out of the ground (which have not yet been assayed 4months later). The project assets that Alba have are extremely good, but they just can’t get at them at the moment. Greenland is closed until 18th April (according to their own visit Greenland website), then Alba should be able to get going at their exciting project there. Until then, we have only really got the Dolgellau gold fields to go at, which contain the 2 largest producing gold mines in the UK, which Alba have the exploration license for and have the ability to also sell any gold they find....which is rare (the ability to sell whilst in the exploration stages that is). Then again, the gold also.

I saw a program on Tv earlier called How Do They Do That and they were talking about how the pigment white is everything we see... and as we all know, it starts with ilmenite, through to Titanium Dioxide. There was a HUGE Titanium Dioxide chemical plant in Hartlepool, who make the stuff from partially refined ilmenite, Huntsman Pigments I believe it was....could be a potential customer(??If they are still going, it looked like an old program??).

There has been quite a small spread all afternoon. Seems to me the MMs want to temp us into selling them out shares...... I say no way! I’m keeping mine until we are in production in Hawiah.

We are now in March and the end of Q1 is fast approaching. That all important finance RNS could land any day now. GLA

Only time will tell. The natural SP value of Alba should be around the 0.5-0.6 region. But alas, sentiment is low, even with the fundamentals (including all assets) being so good, we are where we are......a cheap and a bargain stock for any investor.

All IMHO of course and DYOR as usual.

If there is no news on Monday morning and the opening is 2.10, I am ready to buy more if she dips to 2 or below and up to 2.2 max. I have set myself a holding limit, I’m not quite there yet and will be looking to get there tomorrow...which should happen. So will be watching how the MMs decide to move this first thing and go from there.

I know the likelihood of MMS playing games with shares is high, I got caught out on here when we were at 1.2p and I’d foolishly set a stop loss at 20% lower than this figure to cover my profits at the time. Suddenly MMS dropped it by 40% and triggered my stop loss and then some, with a sell price of 0.89. I managed to walk away with a profit (just at £12.56) and luckily got back in very close to my sell price.

I don’t believe that MMs are shorting the stock, I believe they’d like to buy cheap shares from us and sell the back to us at a later date for a profit (sneaky b*ggers). But they will not be buying my shares, that is certain and I will only be looking to increase my holding here.

I don’t care if a PI wants to sell 2million shares (it’s up to them) and I hope they have done well from their sale and made some money. That is what we all want...we want to make some money. Be it 100 pounds profit or 10,000 pounds profit....it’s all relative to each person.
