There seems to be some concern around the delay on receipt of share certs for the distribution in specie shares and folk wondering why certificates have been sent rather than transfer via Crest??

…It is normal for company’s who issue distribution in specie shares to only send shares via share certificate. For example some other companies have done this in the past such as the Trellus Health spin out from EKF and Verici Dx spin out from RenalytixAI.
