...one could point out that the company has ALREADY announced in April this year that the Prime Minister and the Minister had both assured the company they would support the extension of the license, and the company would be obliged to correct that if it were no longer the case.

The company has explained why both it and the government wish to connect the license extension documentation to the time actually required to complete the NJOM-3 work in process, so there is no reason to expect a problem here.
