Another very significant contract win for hVIVO, as well as a positive update on the company’s trading.

hVIVO has signed a £16.8m full-service RSV contract with an existing top five global big pharma client. hVIVO’s RSV Challenge Model is the industry’s go-to model, it has already supported several fast-track designations and the full marketing authorisation of Pfizer’s RSV vaccine. On top of being a significant challenge contract, the client is paying for the manufacturing and a confirmatory challenge cohort which we normally would have self funded. Once these steps have been successfully completed, HVO will conduct a multi cohort challenge trial to test our clients RSV antiviral candidate in H2 2024.

2023 has been a fantastic year for hVIVO and as a result, they are pleased to share that we expect to exceed previous market guidance. Revenue is slightly ahead and EBITDA margins will exceed 20% for the year, further details will be shared as part of the Company’s FY23 trading updating in January 2024.
