I've been told they will investigate. I will phone them everyday to make sure they do not think this is insignificant. They don't judge just because your a small retail investor. That's what I've been told.

CEG need to give retail investors the same chance as professional investors. They clearly stated that their would be an open offer whilst shares were trading.

Simon Johnson agrees that this has been one hell of a mess regarding the RNS errors. It's not acceptable, fair or moral.

The FCA advised that the retail investor should be able to take part. Omitting the open offer and replacing with a placing does not. Wait and see..
Buying on the open market is not adding new capital.

After about 50 mails and phone calls I have faith.

Keep the faith that the FCA will sort this.

Guaranteed as they will not allow the lies in the RNS. Retail investors are being lied to and shafted big time.

There won't be 6bn shares. Placing will not go ahead. FCA are investigating and will suspend.

Arden will be receiving further correspondence as they are complicit with the scam.

Waiting for the FCA to suspend this. The RNS are misleading and private retail investors cannot take part in the placing.
No retail investor can take part, it's not correct and the FCA have various mails.

And before you ask I'm talking about buying the placing shares to contribute to the new raise, not buying existing stock.
