I would think a 1p takeover by TXP or TRIN would be sensible. Once the debt is paid they could buy for shares and take the surplus cash off CEG.

I'ms pretty sure Eytan wont be hanging around after the raise. Under his watch the share price has gone from 3.5 to 0.14, you cannot stay in charge after a performance like that. As CEO you need to be judged on performance.
