if the next placing is done at under 0.05 i guess they would struggle to raise the money to pay for litigation. The better option might be for CEG to offer itself to PRD gor free on the basis they dont take the matter any further. Best outcome gor all as that way CEG dont have to do a placing.

In my option CEG is over valued. The market cap is way overdone here. Crypto is a good bet to make up for losses here.

0.05 is roughly 50% lower than today's price. After every placing BPC or CEG have done the share price always falls by at least 50%
