Exactly and totally agree - the retail investors are selling and feeding the institutional - follow the institutional they know (usually) a hell of a lot more than we do - study the BUY and SELLS and this is what is playing out - the MM's know that as the SELL price reduces then that will put more in the hands of the MM's to fill large orders - don't let them have them cheap - this will increase again - hold on if you can - games being played but very obvious ones IMO

Just after 9am and many over 1 million showing as SELLS which they are not - fun and games again by MM's who seem to have a field day during these times...

is good and necessary - I pay attention to the huge BUYS after hours that are reported and the lack of a huge value sell off in one go - selling is by retail punters either trading or cashing out LTH's who have shown a loss for a long time but BUYS at these type of levels are institutions in my mind and are to be followed which I am doing - volume decrease is really inconsequential here - there should be more action again as we approach news.
I am holding for the bigger rerate if all goes to plan - with oil price now at almost $70 a barrel over the next few weeks this will again get very interesting and institutional investors like this type of play....

Well under midpoint of BID and ASK - thought there would be more buying - lots going on to point to a Settlement here and we are close - not sure either side want arbitration....long and costly and not good in terms of inward investment for the current Govt of Slovenia

filled their boots with the SELLERS this am - some good buying now and should see us blue then push forward over the next few days. The counter claim from JV is a smokescreen as they want some of the pie and they want the gas so they 'want their cake and eat it'
Stand firm and there will be further rewards from the current Slovenian Govt who do want this sorted quickly...

It hasn't affected the share price all that negatively!!!

The Slovenian Govt want to encourage inward foreign investment and will want this got rid of pdq and there have been instances in the short term past where they have settled for that very reason - this WILL be settled regardless...

Petrol is part owned by Slovenian Govt.....

About deliveries to INA continuing again

On the second matter - the biggest recipients to this settlement could be Petrol in terms of getting the gas for themselves so this is posturing before this position is resolved in next week or so......

To the week - should push north from here given the news that may come within the next 10 days.....not sure why people would want to sell at below 10p yesterday when we are so close???
