Yes Graph,
South America multi Trillion TCF GAS potential here and Union is farming out!! Nobody else has such a big resource!! Are Echo sniffing here ;-)))
Are selling as & when they want. They don't care about the price nor do they care about the company.
They have made an exit strategy. What's clear is they are not dumping all at once which is very frustrating. They sell when they feel like it. Probably why we haven't had a holdings RNS in a while!!
I am sure this has some political connotations with regards the decision.
Last application they was 0.02% out with an award for quality of submission. Doesn't make any sense at all. Still all to play for and the 5 trade Shiela lines up starting in Birmingham this month and further contract updates will see the market cap move to levels much higher.
Years of hard work by Gordon Watts has now put this in another league.
Transformational product to be launched @ the end of this month and now we have tier 1 companies as well as exposure globally.
Like I said this is not a £1.5 M market cap company!!
I'm happy to hold and wait.
Kinglelk
I done my research and I cannot see a placing coming. In fact the company has never done one and having spoke to Mr Gordon Watts there is not one coming not now not in the near future.
This is what's compelling about this stock. It sets the cat amongst he pigeons!!
Even @ 16p the market cap is still less than £5Million which is still significantly valued less than what I think the company is worth at this stage.
We have abundant news in several fronts. Let's see what happens & I suggest you speak to Mr Gordon Watts. I back my statements with facts.
This is getting very tight. 100k shares available only. Any sniff of news on contracts in pipeline & or grant expect this to move rapid.
Happy to hold and wait. Also been picking up on the dips @ 5.26 & 5.46
If you look at the overall position of the company this no longer is a £1.5M company.
We have substantial contracts due. We have tier one companies on board and that is nationally & we are going global.
Trade events in 4 continents over the next 4-5 months. We are about to unveil a transformational product at the NEC which the company is very excited about. The 7 figure EU grant news is due any day so I expect this to be a sitting duck for a takeover by a major utilities or infrastructure company at this market cap. Can only go one way from here.
The grant will be worth more than the market cap expected news this month and we have 4 trade shows lined up 1 x May @ the NEC 1 x June Paris and 2 x September Australia & Japan.
We have orders in pipeline and we are sat @ £1.5M market cap.
The product being unveiled at the NEC this month is according to the company "transformational" as trials have shown that this is ground breaking technology.
I just spoke to the company and they will be at the NEC in the next few weeks!! 23-24 May and I shall be attending. They have been trialling the updated Esafe product with all their existing customers and they have had a massive response and they will be unveiling this in Birmingham and they guy called this "transformational" as far as detection goes. They are very excited as this is a game changer as far as advancement in technology goes.
The companies reps will be attending a trade show in Paris In June, and then they have 2 more in September. Early September is the "No dig down under" in Australia and the world water congress in Tokyo late September.
As you can see this company is moving with some of the best tech and with some of the best companies and they are going global.
They are well & truly excited and so am I.
Like I said this is not a £2M company.
It's free to attend the Birmingham event so if anybody wants to be there to see them unveil this groundbreaking piece of kit then I suggest they go.

None whatsoever !! No impact at all.
