Im holding a lot of shares here and I have been for a while. You can sell once and when you look at what this company is about its oozes pure class. Fundementals are excellent and so are the products. The last update has given the game away hence we are seeing an increase in activity here.

Massive contracts in the infrastructure , rail, roads in Scotland. Esafe product going global. Cashed up and never ever have the co done a placing and they don't intend to do one.

During September 2016, QM Systems expanded its sales resource and this is beginning to open new doors to markets and opportunities that it was previously not targeting. This has resulted in our potential order book being higher than ever before and whilst the past few months have been quieter than normal on the sales side, we are expecting order intake to increase significantly throughout the remainder of this financial year and into the next. The operational side of the business has remained busy as we work to complete ongoing projects. We have seen significant improvement in margin realisation across all new projects which appears to demonstrate that the changes we have made to our business during the previous financial year are having a positive effect. All areas of the business remain very busy and this looks set to continue as the economy and business in general continue to focus on achieving greater productivity, which is the backbone of QM Systems’ service offering.

No way will a speeding ticket be issued!! The company is worth a lot more than what it's current market cap is!! 1. 7 figure EU marketing grant news due imminent! 2 company has never done a placing and my conversation with Mr Gordon watts tells me he never intends to do one. Not many AIM companies like this out there. 3: Mr Watts has loaned the company money from his own pocket!! Sign of putting your money where your mouth is!! 4. Massive contracts and orders throughout this year will reflect in the results in the next several weeks. His last statement was very bullish and it's been a very busy year. 5. 4 trade shows in 5 months, Birmingham , Paris, Tokyo and Sydney Australia left to Promote Esafe which the market and clients really like. The EU grant will be used to market globally esafe. 6. The company is expanding and are very busy!! The company is installing a new network of phone lines and additional sales staff!! 7. All in all this is a very tidy little co with lots of potential & imminent news without the usual hype that comes with AIM companies. A rare GEM TBH!! 8.All this for only 1.7M market cap considering they had £675k worth of orders mentioned earlier in the year and they have had many more since ;-))))

Even @ 10p a share the market cap would be around £3Milliion. Very low considering the last order was nearly £700k and they have major contracts with big names in Scotland and they been very active with trade shows globally!!

Yes the share is being supported by the same news and guess what there maybe a leak of some sort, takeover approach by some party or grant news!! When a stock is hammered the way PIP has been the Chairman will not be obliged to release an RNS saying he knows of no reason of a rise when maybe there is a reason. In fact I was on the phone today with Mr Gordon Watts and I can tell you that he was very very confident of a Rerate and good news. He referred me back to his April statement where he makes his comments!! People are buying in anticipation of a major Rerate!!

Thanks for agreeing for my post but you fail to answer my question twice?? Why did the company not issue a speeding ticket in April when the stock went to over 8p?? Please answer!! Your suggestion that a speeding ticket will be issued is none the less farcical mainly to create fear so it will be a cheaper entry for yourself!! This will not happen as there are big % holders who are holding for gold ;-)))

Some companies re-rate naturally and this is one of them!! You do not need news to Rerate Like I said the price went to 8p 3 months ago and no speeding ticket?? Why!! Sometimes you get sellers that cause the sp to drift and tank so that leaves rich pickings for others 😀
