Shell, the world’s second-biggest oil company, has confirmed plans to link the size of executive bonuses to greenhouse gas emissions in order to further efforts to reduce the energy group’s carbon footprint. The move comes in response to mounting pressure from investors urging the company to adapt to an expected flattening in oil consumption within as little as five years. He said: “We have to be at the forefront of the transition; by the middle of the century you want to look at a portfolio that is really fit for the future.” Shareholders have been increasingly vocal in recent years over climate change, calling on the company to report regularly on emissions management and related investment strategies. I guess today's reported job advert is in response to demand by the majors.

The have the only clean oil tech in the world that earns revenue from producing oil!! Imagine a supplier getting a contract to supply the oil & then buying it back again and getting paid for it though offset of carbon credits?? This is a major company in the making ;-))) , best ever results due anyday as well!!

Tough to buy any quantity!! 2-3 bits of news which is imminent will naturally Rerate this stock. Weapon, this stock used to trade in the mid teens and the business has grown and we have a technology which is world class. 4/5p is way too undervalued. Had it not been for Aviva this would be in double digits. Aviva all out now ;-)) I expect this to be 11-12p.
